Faculty and Staff Exchanges:
Although the principal thrust of Obirin Gakuen Foundation is to expand opportunities for students to network with their peers throughout the Pacific Rim, without the inspiration of faculty and staff who have lived, worked, or researched throughout the Pacific Rim, motivating students can be challenging. For faculty and staff in affiliated institutions needing assistance, the Foundation is committed to facilitating opportunities for networking either in person or digitally, exchange and research. These services can include introductions as well as advice on sabbaticals and short-term opportunities for faculty and staff in North America as well as those in the Pacific Rim.
教職員及び、スタッフ同士の交流：
桜美林学園アメリカ財団の主な目的は、学生達が自国や、環太平洋地域全域において学生同士のネットワークを拡大するにあたり、それを支援することにあります。しかし、学生達のモチベーションを高めることは、環太平洋地域のあらゆる場で生活し、働き、そして研究をしてきた経験の豊かな教職員のインスピレーション失くしては困難です。当財団では、支援を必要とする関係機関の教職員同士の交換交流と研究の機会を促進しています。適切な場での人脈作り、サバティカル、北米や環太平洋全地域の教職員の方々の短期間の交換交流及び、研究機会へのアドバイス等を行います。
